Monvarovia Consultoría Financiera S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter 'Monvarovia'), with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 12, Col. Cuauhtémoc, Zip Code 06500, Mexico City, is responsible for collecting, using, storing, and protecting your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data when collected, used, stored, and/or transferred by Monvarovia.
Personal Data Collected
To fulfill the purposes described in this notice, Monvarovia may collect the following categories of personal data:
Identification data: full name, date of birth, nationality, CURP, RFC, marital status. Contact data: address, phone number, email. Financial data: information on income, expenses, debts, credit history, bank accounts (only when voluntarily provided during consulting sessions). Employment data: occupation, employer name, length of employment.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. Should it become necessary, we would request your express written consent.
Purposes of Data Processing
Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes, necessary for the legal relationship with Monvarovia: providing the financial consulting services you request; assessing your eligibility for government support programs; preparing personalized financial assessments and plans; following up on consultations and requests; and sending communications related to the contracted service.
Additionally, with your prior consent, we will use your data for: sending information about new programs and services, invitations to financial education workshops and events, and internal statistical studies using dissociated data.
Mechanisms to Express Your Refusal
If you do not wish your data to be processed for additional purposes, you may send an email to privacidad@monvarovia.com indicating the purposes you wish to exclude. Your refusal will not be grounds for denying the services you request or contract.
Data Transfers
Monvarovia does not transfer your personal data to domestic or international third parties, except in the following cases provided by the LFPDPPP: when the transfer is necessary under a contract entered into in the interest of the data subject, when it is necessary for maintaining a legal relationship, or when required by a competent authority through a duly substantiated and motivated request.
In any case, Monvarovia guarantees that transferred data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP.
ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose (ARCO Rights) the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, you may send a request to privacidad@monvarovia.com or visit our offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 12, Col. Cuauhtémoc, CDMX.
Your request must include: full name, documents proving your identity, a clear description of the data for which you seek to exercise an ARCO right, and any other element that facilitates locating your data. Monvarovia will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
